 T. Morton & Co. Custom Wood Flooring was honored to be the sole wood flooring sponsor of the Southern Accents Showhouse on Hampton Island, Georgia. The “Reflections” Showhouse Opening Gala was held September 28th, 2006 on Hampton Island as an all day event to preview the house.
T. Morton & Co. provided Antique Heart Pine Floors for the main house and the guest house. Proceeds from the Gala benefited the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. The reclaimed floors created quite a buzz throughout the event.
 Other sponsors included Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry, Ralph Lauren and Viking. The showhouse, designed by Elaine Griffin, is located 35 miles south of Savannah, built on a 4,000 acre private island which also includes an equestrian center and small airport. The showhouse will be featured in the November/December issue of Southern Accents and will be open for private tours through January 14th, 2007.
